Initiate Your Return
Log in to your BabyDoc Shop account or use our online portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization code.
Package Your Items
Ensure the products are unused, in their original packaging, and securely boxed. Please include your order summary or return authorization note inside the parcel.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Drop off your package at any An Post location or preferred local courier. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches our Dublin facility safely.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
